A little macro after a big absence!

Monday, November 8th, 2010I got to meet up with other members of the awesome Clickin’ Moms forum the other day – we had a great time! Got to practice with macro, trees and best of all, kids! Including one of our members’ very own brand new baby girl.
These were shot with my Canon 50mm 1.4, Canon 100m 2.8 macro, and the big daddy Canon 24-70mm 2.8.

Sunday, September 12th, 2010After a wonderful photoshoot with an awesome family today (stay tuned for the sneak peek!), I was walking back to my car when I saw this guy on the handrail. And thus, my summerlong quest to photograph a dragonfly with my macro came to fruition.
He sat there for as long as I needed him to and let me shoot him from every angle. Enjoy…
